Client: 3MS Development and St Peters Joint Venture

MaCC has assisted St Peters School JV and 3MS Development with a new development south of Cambridge Road near Cambridge. This approximately 30 hectare development terraces down overlooking the Waikato River and to the south.
MaCC has undertaken masterplanning, design management, coordination of consenting, detail design in collaboration with Harrison Grierson, procurement of construction contractors, Engineer to Contract, and construction management.
Once complete this new development will provide approximately 300 new homes for Cambridge with high quality urban design and linkages to local walking and cycling networks.
