St Peters Joint Venture

MaCC is the lead civil engineering consultancy assisting St Peters School and 3MS Developments with a new development west of Cambridge in the Waikato. This approximately 35 hectare development terraces down overlooking the Waikato River and to the south.

MaCC has undertaken masterplanning, design management, coordination of consenting, detail design in collaboration with Waipa District Council.

MaCC has led procurement stages of civil engineering construction works including roles of Engineer to Contract, Engineers Representative and responsibility for construction management.

Once complete this new development will provide approximately 300 new homes for Cambridge with high quality urban design and linkages to local walking and cycling networks.
